You must be at least 13 years old to use RegistryWiz. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
You own the content you add, including your profile, wishlists, and links. You give us permission to store and display it so we can provide the service, including showing it to people you share it with. Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Anyone with your link can view a shared page unless you protect it with a passcode or invite-only access. You choose what to share.
RegistryWiz does not sell products. Gifts are purchased from third-party stores and websites, and those purchases are governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, prices, availability, shipping, or returns. "Mark as bought" is a convenience and may not be accurate.
Regi's suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Please review any suggestion before relying on it.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, scrape the service, or use it to harass anyone.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.
RegistryWiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegistryWiz.com LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use RegistryWiz after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
